Retirement Plans:

Union is committed to your financial success and provides two different plans to help you save for retirement: our 401(k) plan as well as our Employee Stock Ownership Plan:

401(k) Plan:

Union matches your contributions - dollar for dollar - up to 4% of your eligible pay on a quarterly basis, after you complete one year of service. Additionally, Union may make a discretionary profit sharing contribution to your 401(k) Plan account based on company performance.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

The hard work of our teammates contributes significantly to the past and continued growth and success of Union.  The ESOP is an employer funded retirement plan for bank teammates that is intended to provide an opportunity to acquire stock interest in the company.  Union may make a discretionary profit sharing contribution to your ESOP account based on company performance and additional eligibility requirements.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

The flexibility of PTO lets you set your own priorities.  Use PTO for vacation, a doctor's appointment, or any number of events in your life.

Tuition Reimbursement:

Your professional development is encouraged and supported. Union will reimburse you for eligible tuition expenses up to $5,000 annually.
