Online Banking and Bill Pay are enabled at www.bankatunion.com.
The first time you login to Business Online Banking, use the following credentials:
You will then be guided through Union's Enhanced Multi-Factor Authentication process.
In addition to submitting your login credentials, this process will require you to enter a security access code, which will be sent to either the most current email address we have on file or via voice message. If sent via email, the code will be sent from email@example.com.
Please verify your contact information is correct prior to Thursday, April 24th to ensure that you are able to login.
Entering this code will give you account access and you can choose to register your computer.

Internal Scheduled Transfers will not be converted. This information will need to be re-entered post-merger.
External Transfers - (those set up at other Financial Institutions) will not be affected.
Transaction History - 30 days of history will be converted. Online check images will not transfer from your StellarOne account.
User IDs must contain at least four characters and cannot contain spaces or special characters. During conversion weekend, we will append a 1 to the end of your user ID if it contains fewer than four characters, and we will remove and spaces or special characters if present. Read more.
Union does not allow more than one company administrator. In addition, administrators will not have the ability to control the times when users can log in or perform certain actions.

We will transfer 6 months of your eStatement history to Union's Online Banking as Online Statements. These will be available on May 12th. Union retains 7 years of Online Statements, which will build going forward.
If you wish to retain any additional statements, we recommend that you print or download them prior to 5:00pm on May 9th.
