My Goal:

To listen and help each customer with their own unique situation in obtaining financing to purchase a home. And to make the transaction as smooth as possible for everyone. For each customer is important to me and hopefully to make an impression that they will refer me to their family, friends and co-workers.

Experience:

13 Years experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry. I am wonderful with first time home buyers explaining the entire process. My knowledge of loans include conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, HomePath, 203K Renovation Loans, HUD Homes and other foreclosures, and GNND - for police officers, firefighters, teachers and EMS

Customer Testimonials:

I love working with Tammy. Her applications are amazing, and she is very proactive with the whole process from start to finish. On top of all this, she is one of the most patient loan officers I have ever worked with. She is definitely on top of her game ALL the time. Kamaria Hite
