Union's Trust Department will upgrade their current online Trust offering, Portfolio Online, on May 19th, 2013, to better protect the safety and soundness of your online Trust experience. Login Security Enhancements

To help protect your online security and mitigate the risk of fraud, Union is extending multi-factor authentication to our trust platforms. We understand that these security measures may at first seem inconvenient, but compared to the nightmare of identity theft this is a simple step that can save you from significant trouble later.

Q: Why is the login process changing for Trust?
A:  Union's Trust department is improving the multi-factor authentication (MFA) you are familiar with in order to provide greater security to Trust's Portfolio Online.

Q: Will my access ID change?
A:  No. You will however, be required to go through a Secure Sign On enrollment process and enter additional information.

Q: Will my password change?
A:  Maybe. We are strengthening the password requirements. Depending on your current password, you may be required to choose a stronger password. We will post the full requirement listing here as soon as it has been finalized.
