Business Online Banking Is Getting a New Look and Feel!

Union continuously works to improve our customers' online banking experience. Coming September 22nd we will upgrade Business Online Banking to make it easier to navigate and access account information.

What does this change mean for me?

When you login to your Business Online Banking account, you will immediately see the look & feel of the system has changed. Changes include:

  1. Ease of Use
    • The main menu tabs have been renamed and combined to accurately describe their functions, helping you find what you need faster.
    • Balance Alerts are now accurately located within the Account Activities and Reporting menu tab.
    • Sweeps have been moved to the Payments and Transfers tab for more intuitive access.
  2. Layout Changes
    • Larger fonts and the new color scheme make the page easier to read.
    • There are now 4 main menu tabs (Administration; Account Activities & Reporting; Payments & Transfers; and Online Requests) instead of 7.
    • The support buttons (Email, Help, & Logout) have been moved to the upper right corner.
  3. Security Changes
    • The Last Login display will help you monitor your Business Online Banking login patterns.

Note: Functionalities such as account transfers, ACH transactions, and Wire transfers will remain the same.

When will this upgrade take place?

This change will take place overnight on September 21st. All customers will have access to the upgraded system on September 22nd.

Are there any system requirement changes?

No, the requirements have not changed for login information, operating system, browser or settings. In addition, Business Online Banking continues to be as secure as ever.
