At Union we treat our teammates well. It is our belief that by taking great care of our teammates they will take great care of our customers. Below you will see a number of the benefits offered to teammates.

  • 401(k) Plan

    After thirty days of employment qualified teammates are enrolled in the Company's 401(k) Plan and may defer a portion of their eligible earnings through payroll deduction in three ways - Pre Tax Deferral, Roth Deferral (post tax), and Catch Up Deferral (age 50 and over).  The company matches teammate contributions on a quarterly basis up to 4% of eligible pay based upon the teammate's deferral percentage election.

  • Medical Insurance

    Benefit eligible teammates may elect to participate in one of the four medical plans at various coverage levels.  Union provides a flat flex credit contribution to those teammates who elect medical insurance to help offset premium costs.

  • Wellness Incentive Program

    Union offers an opportunity for wellness credits to teammates who elect medical insurance.  These credits are earned, based on participation and biometric outcomes in five categories, during the Company's Annual Wellness Campaign.

  • Dental Insurance

    You may elect to participate in one of the three dental plans at various coverage levels, depending on your family status and on your eligibility for benefits.

  • Vision Insurance

    You may elect to participate in the vision plan at various coverage levels, depending on your family status and on your eligibility for benefits.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

    Union offers two FSA accounts that you may elect to contribute through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis.  Union also offers a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account for child care/dependent care expenses through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

    Teammates who elect to participate in the High Deductible Health Plan HSA $3000/100% Medical plan have the option to set up an HSA with Union and contribute through payroll deductions pre-tax basis.

  • Tuition reimbursement

    Union values professional learning and supports teammates who wish to pursue additional education.  The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) offers the opportunity to voluntarily complete educational programs that may enhance qualifications within the teammate's current position or job family, or develop skills that may otherwise be valuable within Union.
