At Union we treat our teammates well. It is our belief that by taking great care of our teammates they will take great care of our customers. Below you will see a number of the benefits we offer.

  • 401k Retirement Savings

    You are immediately eligible to participate in the 401k Retirement Savings Plan as long as you are 18 years of age and are considered an employee. Contributions are made through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis. Company matching contributions are based yearly and applied on a quarterly basis.

  • 401 (K) Profit Sharing Plan

    The 401k Profit Sharing Plan provides eligible teammates an employer contribution into their 401k Retirement Savings plan based on the company profits per calendar year.

  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

    Upon completing 6 months of service you will automatically be enrolled into the ESOP. There are two entry dates each calendar year and the ESOP is part of the company's Profit Sharing Plan.

  • Medical Insurance

    You may elect to participate in one of the three medical plans at various coverage levels, depending on your family status and depending on your eligibility for benefits.

  • Wellness Incentive Program

    We provide a Wellness Incentive Plan that includes a reimbursement for wellness screenings. Union also issues wellness dollars that are awarded based on 5 wellness categories.

  • Dental Insurance

    You may elect to participate in one of the three dental plans at various coverage levels, depending on your family status and on your eligibility for benefits.

  • Vision Insurance

    You may elect to participate in the vision plan at various coverage levels, depending on your family status and on your eligibility for benefits.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

    We have two FSA accounts that you may elect to contribute through payroll deductions. These contributions are deducted on a pre-tax basis.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

    Teammates who elect to participate in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), HSA 3000 Medical plan through work will have the option to set up an HSA through the bank and contribute through payroll deductions pre-tax dollars to their HSA.
